- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆David has a strong and gifted presence upfront, but poor execution. I retained him for legal services and he committed to cover the case well under the retainer by leveraging his staff. After accepting the assignment he was brief, late and arrogant in his style with me. He billed all hours at his rate and hit his retainer then quit as my lawyer. I plan on going to BBB and the State with my full complaint as soon as I have time. I would not advise hiring him based on my experience.By Robert Gustafson, November 24, 2016
